EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Python engineer to build scalable AI systems and multi-agent orchestration. You will implement RAG pipelines, integrate MCP, and leverage LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud services such as AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI.

The role requires hands-on Python (3+ years) with production AI deployments, strong cross-agent coordination, and an emphasis on observability, security, and maintainability. Collaboration with global teams is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on Python engineering with production AI systems
• Experience building stateful multi-agent processes and cross-agent orchestration
• Demonstrated MCP integration efforts and RAG pipelines
• Strong prompt engineering for language models
• Experience with cloud AI services including AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertex AI
