EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and operate autonomous agent systems at scale. You will architect runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability, leading production deployments with AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands SDK across harnesses.

• 3+ years of experience building production software.
• 1+ years shipping LLM-based agents to production.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with agent frameworks and tool use.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock AgentCore primitives.
• Understanding MCP, memory architectures, and agent evaluation.
• Design for production: observability, guardrails, retries, cost control, security.

Responsabilidades

• Design the architecture for autonomous agents at scale.
