EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to own scalable autonomous agent systems and production architecture, reliability, and operational excellence.

You will shape workflows using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and agent frameworks, improving evals, tracing, guardrails, and cost controls in production. The role requires 5+ years building production software, with 2+ years shipping LLM-based agents, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with leading agentic frameworks.

Formación

• 5+ years of production software experience, including 2+ years shipping LLM-based agents
• Hands-on Python proficiency and agentic framework experience
• Strong knowledge of memory architectures, tool use, and prompt/context engineering
• Experience with observability, guardrails, retries, and security boundaries
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture to build and operate autonomous agents, including runtime, memory, identity, tools, and observability
• Champion adoption of AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents SDK in production deployments
• Architect durable memory and context-management across multi-step engagements
• Create and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations invoked by agents (recon, scanners, primitives, internal services)
• Optimize agent reasoning reliability, cost, latency, and establish evals, tracing, and guardrails
