What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead projects focused on AI adoption, process automation, and digital transformation. This role goes beyond traditional project management, requiring someone who can understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, coordinate technical teams, and drive the implementation of AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of process automation, APIs, AI tools, and emerging technologies. They do not necessarily need to be an AI or RPA technical expert but should be comfortable working with these technologies, understanding their capabilities, and translating business needs into actionable initiatives.

We value adaptability, initiative, problem-solving, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies over experience with a specific job title or methodology.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, Scrum Master, delivery management, or similar leadership roles.

• Demonstrated experience leading technology-driven projects, preferably involving automation, AI, RPA, or digital transformation.

• Understanding of business process automation, workflow optimization, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with APIs, API-based integrations, and how different systems communicate with each other.

• Exposure to LLMs, AI-powered tools, prompt engineering, and evaluating AI-generated outputs.

• Understanding of RPA concepts and automation platforms, with practical experience implementing or managing automation initiatives.

• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and navigate changing priorities.
