Westside Build LLC is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead the development of custom single-family homes through Design Development, Permitting and Construction Documentation, focusing on documentation, coordination, permitting and detailed construction. Proficient in Revit and able to manage junior staff and external collaborators.

Fluent English is required. The role requires an Architecture degree, a local architectural license and 10+ years on U.S.

Formación

• Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or Master's).
• Local architectural license + 10+ years of U.S. custom residential project experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently (preferred: run an architectural studio or similar leadership role).
• Experience leading projects independently (preferred: ran your own studio or similar leadership role).
• Strong knowledge of imperial units and wood-frame construction.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction documentation production in Revit.
• Coordinate consultants and internal teams to ensure buildable, code-compliant solutions.
• Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, revisions, site coordination).
• Mentor junior team members and maintain quality control.
• Track schedules, deadlines, and deliverables.
