WeCollabify is seeking a Senior Architect with a passion for luxury custom homes, combining European-inspired craftsmanship with precision detailing to collaborate with a U.S.-based architecture firm.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of experience, proven US project exposure, strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills, and wood-frame residential expertise. They will contribute creatively in a small team, ensuring high-quality documentation and design outcomes.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Proven experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects is required.
• Proven wood-frame residential construction and detailing experience is required.
• Strong background in luxury custom single-family residential and high-end residential architecture.
• Experience with beachfront/coastal homes, preferably projects located in Florida, is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of custom residential construction, detailing, assemblies, and high-quality documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Strong 3D modeling and architectural visualization capabilities.
• Experience with Twinmotion is highly preferred.
• Revit knowledge is a plus, but this is primarily an AutoCAD/SketchUp-based role.
• Strong design judgment and the ability to contribute creatively to architectural solutions.
• Appreciation for European-inspired architecture, craftsmanship, and highly personalized design.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while following established design direction, standards, and feedback.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the design and documentation process.
• Proactive, creative, collaborative, professional, and comfortable contributing ideas within a small architectural team.
• English C1 proficiency is required for effective communication with U.S.-based teams.
