AgileEngine in Colombia is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support an Application Security team by coordinating code hygiene and operational ownership programs. You will lead team meetings, create project documentation, manage change initiatives, and track progress, risks, and key results across PMO teams and leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong SQL/IQL analytical ability, and excellent communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles or similar.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with PMO teams across the organization to track, report, and communicate progress, risks, blockers, and key results (KRs).
• Experience setting up program meetings and communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
• IQL or SQL and strong analytical skills.
• Strong ability to work as a self-starter.
• Proactively and independently researches, experiments, and solves problems with rapid iteration cycles to deliver results fast.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
