ToolsGroup Inc. seeks a Senior Product Designer to solve complex problems and craft intuitive experiences for enterprise-grade supply chain products. You will shape product vision with PMs, engineers, and executives, driving design excellence across data-heavy workflows.

In this role you will lead end-to-end design, conduct user research, develop flows and prototypes, contribute to the design system, and mentor other designers while aligning with business goals.

Formación

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.
• Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows.
• Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, human-centered solutions.
• Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking.
• Fluency in English—able to influence cross-functional partners and present design decisions with clarity.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing adjacent domains is a nice-to-have.
• Curiosity, leadership, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end design for major product areas—from discovery through delivery.
• Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration, and iterative validation.
• Design and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs.
• Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system across components and documentation.
