ToolsGroup is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive end-to-end design for enterprise-grade supply chain planning software. You will work with product managers, engineers, and executives to shape the product vision, craft intuitive experiences, and improve complex, data-heavy workflows.

You will mentor other designers, contribute to design system evolution, and influence product strategy with user-centered thinking and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design.
• Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows.
• Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured, human-centered solutions.
• Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools.
• Strong communication skills (in English) to influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.).
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing adjacent domains is a nice to have.

• Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration, and iterative validation.
• Design & Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs.
• Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity.
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations.
• Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation.
• Advocate for the user experience and influence decisions with clarity, insight, and data.
• Develop a deep understanding of retail, supply chain, and enterprise workflows.

About The Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who is highly skilled in solving complex problems, crafting intuitive user experiences, and driving design excellence across enterprise-grade products. You will be a key contributor in shaping the product vision for user-centered supply chain planning systems alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and Executive stakeholders. This role is ideal for a designer who has experience working on data-heavy, workflow-driven enterprise software built for line of business users, and who thrives in environments where deep systems thinking, clarity, and user empathy matter. You will regularly engage directly with users to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure the solutions we design meaningfully improve their day-to-day workflows. You will mentor other designers, influence product strategy, and elevate design quality across multiple initiatives.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)
• Experience in supply chain or manufacturing adjacent domains is a nice to have.
• Curiosity leadership, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship.

Nice To Have (not Required)

• Experience with retail, supply chain, logistics, or B2B enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with designing highly technical users or operational workflows.
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers.
