Deel is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap and go-to-market for a global customer base. You will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and SME teams to ship fast and globally.

You will build vision, align cross-functional partners, and balance product development with client needs in a remote-first environment. The role offers growth in a high-impact, fast-paced SaaS company with a strong emphasis on inclusion and learning.

Summary

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and influence the product strategy, roadmap and GTM. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, designers, engineers and subject‑matter experts across the organization to ensure the fast delivery of the best‑in‑class experience to a global customer base.

• Collaborating with a team of highly talented product designers, engineers and product experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.
• Balancing core product development with high‑priority client escalations in a high‑speed, remote‑first working environment.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On‑Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market‑aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job‑related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
