AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale core platform services across AWS and Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and security. You will work with service mesh technologies and AI-native tooling to support rapid company growth and distributed architecture.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in server development (Python/TypeScript), 3+ years API design (REST/gRPC), 2+ years in AWS/Kubernetes and service mesh, and experience with LLMs or AIOps tooling.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development, including REST/gRPC.
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes, with service mesh tech such as Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of AI-native SDLC usage (Claude Code/Claude Cowork or similar).
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support company growth.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and infrastructure; identify bottlenecks.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries with a focus on security and reliability.
• Apply best practices to improve development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
