AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure, including AWS, Kubernetes, and service mesh technologies, to support fast growth and high availability.

You will collaborate with leadership, own critical components, and apply AI-native tooling. Strong Python/TypeScript and API design experience are required, with a passion for secure, scalable systems.

Formación

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes experience.
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components.
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing infrastructure-level improvements.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries, ensuring security and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
