Job summary

KittySpout / DoggySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic content for both brands across all social channels, publishing daily and driving an engaged community.

You will plan, create, and publish, using data to grow followers and engagement, with support from a designer but you handle graphics and short-form video.

This fully remote, full-time role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience in a DTC or consumer brand and a track record of growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Created and published content across all social channels.
• Ability to analyze metrics and adapt strategy.
• Strong in short-form video and basic graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy for both KittySpout and DoggySpout.
• Plan weekly calendars per brand and platform.
• Create, shoot, and edit daily posts.
• Repurpose creator/UGC content into posts.
• Engage community: replies, comments, DMs.
• Provide weekly performance updates.
