Qualifications

• Must be native-level written English and able to craft engaging content daily.
• 2+ years of hands-on organic social experience for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Experience running across multiple brands and platforms with published content and measurable growth.
• Ability to create graphics and short-form video without a designer; familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma or similar tools for quick-turn creative work.

Responsibilities

• Own organic content strategy for both KittySpout and DoggySpout across all social channels.
• Plan content calendars one week ahead per brand and platform; tailor content per audience.
• Create and publish daily: hooks, captions, short-form video, and day-to-day graphics.
• Spot trends daily and get trend content live the same day.
• Turn creator/UGC content into high-performing organic posts; manage community activity.
• Read weekly data and optimize based on what works; report progress weekly.
