KittySpout is seeking a fully remote Social Media Manager to own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout. You will plan, create, publish daily content and optimize across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more, aiming to build an engaged, growing community.

You should have 2+ years of hands-on organic social experience for a DTC or consumer brand, with a proven track record of growing accounts and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Must have native-level written English.
• 2+ years of hands-on organic social experience for a DTC/consumer brand.

Responsabilités

• Own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout across all channels.
• Plan and publish daily content; write hooks and captions and create/ edit short-form video.
• Build and manage a content calendar, adapt strategy from data and trends.
• Engage with the community: respond to comments/DMs within 24 hours.
• Generate weekly performance reports and adjust tactics accordingly.
