KittySpout is seeking a Social Media Manager to own organic social for KittySpout and DoggySpout end to end across all social channels. You decide what each account stands for, plan, create, publish daily, and optimize based on analytics.

You report to our Influencers & Partnerships Manager and have a designer for bigger pieces, but you’ll drive the creative and publish short-form video yourself. 2+ years running organic social for a DTC brand with demonstrable growth is required.

Formación

• 2+ years running organic social for a DTC or consumer brand.
• Created and published content personally, with measurable growth.
• Ability to manage two brands across platforms and stay on brand.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic content strategy and calendar for KittySpout and DoggySpout.
• Create and publish daily content, writing hooks and captions and editing video.
• Review and repurpose creator/UGC content for organic posts.
• Engage the community: respond to comments and messages within 24 hours.
• Plan reporting and set KPI targets, updating the department scorecard weekly.
