Amgen in Bogotá is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Order Management) to execute and monitor customer and intercompany orders, maintain shipments, and coordinate cross-functional activities across regions.

You will manage SO/STO, ensure timely documentation, and support order execution with strong attention to data in SAP. We expect a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in order management, with advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 months of experience in order management or supply chain.
• Advanced English is mandatory and will be assessed in the interview.
• Experience using SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
• Experience with Excel and MS Office is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor orders and shipments in SAP and related systems.
• Coordinate order readiness with Planning, Scheduling, Warehouse Operations and Transportation.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate shipment documentation and communications.
• Monitor open orders for delays and escalate risks as needed.
• Maintain accurate transactional data in SAP and applicable systems.
