Amgen Bogotá is seeking a Sr. Associate Supply Chain (Transportation) to help manage transportation lanes, coordinate with sites and service providers, and implement temperature-controlled shipping solutions.

The role requires collaboration across functions and a strong English proficiency. You will evaluate transportation requirements, support new product introductions, and maintain documentation for compliance and continuous improvement within a regulated biotech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field and 6 months of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, or similar within regulated healthcare industries.
• Advanced English is mandatory and will be assessed in the interview process.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain transportation lanes and routes.
• Coordinate transportation requirements with shipping sites, receiving locations, TSPs, QA, and other partners.
• Evaluate transportation requirements including origin, destination, mode, transit time, temperature, routing, and shipping solutions.
• Support selection and implementation of CTSS and transportation risk mitigations.
• Ensure transportation controls are incorporated into lanes and routes.
• Support site capability assessments and implementation of new transportation solutions.
• Assist in new product introductions, new markets, and route changes.
• Review transportation documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support investigations of transportation events and temperature excursions.
• Create distribution complaints related to transportation events.
• Collaborate with TSPs and stakeholders to resolve transportation issues.
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement in transportation processes.
• Prepare audits/inspection readiness for transportation processes.
