World Courier Colombia S.A. is seeking a Depot Operations Support role under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist.

You will assist in receiving, verifying, labeling, and labeling boxes for investigational drugs and related clinical materials in line with WC SOPs. Responsibilities include CTM-STAR system activities for inbound/outbound/return, documentation concordance checks, and proper handling of materials with attention to ID, expiry dates and storage conditions.

Formación

• High School complete.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or logistics companies.
• Pharmacy Technician or related experience preferred.
• English language skills desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Check reception and shipment of investigational drugs and related materials under supervision.
• Prepare and label boxes according to WC SOPs under supervision.
• Operate CTM-STAR for inbound, outbound and return processes under supervision.
• Follow World Courier SOPs for receipt and shipment of materials.
• Compare received material with documentation to certify concordance or discrepancy.
• Assemble box contents per WC Packing List.
• Monitor material characteristics (ID, expiry, temperature, storage) as trained.
• Receive specialized packaging, closing and labeling duties after specific training.
• Engage in inbound/outbound/return/relocation CTM-STAR activities.
• Perform relabeling, stock, balance and relocation tasks as required.
• Perform any other duties you are trained for.

POSITION SUMMARY (RESUMEN DE LA POSICIÓN)

Under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist should provide support in Operational tasks as follows: (Bajo la supervisión del Depot Pharmacist debe prestar soporte en las tareas operativas de la siguiente manera:)

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES)

• Perform the checking process related to reception and shipment of investigational drugs, diagnostic kits, devices, Clinical material supplies, CRF’s, etc. under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist.(Realizar el proceso de verificación relacionado a la recepción y envío de drogas de investigación, kits de diagnóstico, equipos, material de suministros clínicos, CFR’s, etc. bajo la supervisión del Depot Pharmacist).
• Prepare and label the boxes with materials in accordance with WC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the close supervision of the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.(Preparar y etiquetar las cajas con los materiales de acuerdo con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de WC (POE’s) bajo la supervisión cercana del Depot Pharmacist o Facility Logistics Manager).
• Perform activities on the CTM-STAR Operative System, related with Inbound, Outbound and Return processes, to update information and documents attachment always being supervised by the Depot Pharmacist or Facility Logistics Manager.(Realizar actividades en el Sistema Operativo CTM-STAR, relacionadas con los procesos de Inbound, Outbound, y Retornos, para actualizar la información y documentos adjuntos siempre siendo supervisado por el Depot Pharmacist o Facility Logistics Manager).
• Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerning the reception and shipment of materials.(Cumplir con los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar de World Courier (POE), que contienen instrucciones específicas sobre los pasos a seguir concerniendo la recepción y envío de materiales).
• Compare the material received with the documentation forwarded in order to certify concordance or disagreement.(Comparar el material recibido con la documentación enviada para certificar concordancia o discrepancia).
• Prepare box contents according to what´s described on WC Packing List.(Preparar el contenido de las cajas de acuerdo con lo descrito en el WC Packing List).
• The Operator must have the training and the capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels): ID number, expiration date, patient’s kit, and temperature and storage conditions as well as any additional information that could be useful.(El Operador debe tener el entrenamiento y la capacidad requerida para controlar las características de los materiales (descritas en sus etiquetas): tanto número de ID, fecha de expiración, kit de paciente y condiciones de temperatura y almacenamiento, como cualquier información adicional que pueda ser de utilidad).
• The Operator must be specifically trained in order to perform activities related to shipments such as the packaging preparation, box closing and labeling.(El Operador debe estar entrenado específicamente para realizar las actividades relacionadas con los envíos tales como preparación de embalaje, cierre y etiquetado de caja).
• Perform activities on the Operative System CTM-STAR related to the Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation processes.(Realizar actividades en el Sistema Operativo CTM-Star relacionadas con los procesos de Inbound, Outbound, Retorno y Relocación).
• Have deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, stock, balance and relocations processes developed at the Facility.(Tener conocimiento profundo y llevar a cabo los procesos de re-etiquetado, stock, balance y relocación desarrollados en la Planta).
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.(Realizar cualquier otra tarea para la cual el empleado haya sido capacitado).

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (EXPERIENCIA Y EDUACIÓN REQUERIDOS):

• Required: High School Complete <> (Requerido: Bachillerato completo << o cualquier otro diferente – obligatorio que esté completado>>)
• At least 1.5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or logistics companies (Al menos 1.5 años de experiencia en empresas farmacéuticas o del sector logístico)
• Preferred: Pharmacy Technician, related.(Deseable: Técnico en farmacología, farmacia y droguería, afines)
• Preferred: Experience in the logistics field; Oral and written English desirable(Deseable: Experiencia en el campo de la logística; Inglés oral y escrito deseable).

Reports to (Reporta a) Depot Pharmacist (Farmacéutico del depósito)
