Publicis Global Delivery in Colombia seeks a Senior Creative Designer to support a diverse portfolio across web, social media, and digital image production. This production-focused role delivers polished digital work within established brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong senior design background, an impressive portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch, with excellent typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. English (B2+ to C1) is essential.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in digital design at a senior level.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, social media, and digital design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with Sketch is a must.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working within established brand systems and detailed brand guidelines.
• Strong production skills: adaptations, resizing, versioning, and responsive digital assets.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and their application to web design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (B2+ - C1 / Advanced).

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to support a diverse portfolio of digital projects across web, social media, and digital image production. This is a production-focused role, with opportunities to contribute to creative concepts within established brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a strong senior designer who can deliver polished digital work, adapt creative assets across multiple formats, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate effectively with creative leads and stakeholders.
