Dunnhumby Ltd., based in Colombia, seeks a Mobilisation Senior Lead to drive deployments of its Loyalty and Personalisation platform for global retail clients. The role partners with Product, Engineering and client stakeholders to ensure successful mobilisation, launch and ongoing optimisation.

You will translate business priorities into practical configurations, develop enablement materials, and drive continuous improvement across the product organisation in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology platform implementations, product deployments or large-scale business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, commercial and client-facing environments.
• Ability to navigate complex delivery programmes while balancing priorities, risks and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into practical platform configurations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across diverse teams and cultures.
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential for regular client and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client deployments from mobilisation through to successful launch.
• Build relationships with client, partner and internal teams to understand priorities and requirements.
• Lead deployment of Loyalty and Personalisation platform with Product Managers, Engineering and client stakeholders.
• Configure and support platform set-up, campaigns and client-specific requirements.
• Develop implementation documentation, training materials and enablement programmes.
