Job summary

Auxis is seeking a Senior Endpoint Engineer to own enterprise endpoint environments, migrations, and security baselines. The role emphasizes PowerShell automation and device lifecycle architecture for a global client base.

You will operate as the Tier 3 escalation point, drive automation using PowerShell and Power Automate, and secure the organization's device fleet, with a hybrid work model from Bogotá.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint environments.
• Advanced English is required (client-facing).
• Experience migrating endpoints and establishing security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own migrations and lifecycle of devices.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for endpoint issues.
• Drive automation to scale device management.
• Secure and monitor the device fleet across environments.

Our ITO division at Auxis is growing, and I am looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer who breathes PowerShell and loves architecting device lifecycles.

If you have spent the last 4+ years mastering enterprise endpoint environments and are ready to take ownership of complex migrations and security baselines, we have a seat for you. You will be acting as the Tier 3 escalation point, driving automation, and securing our device fleet.

The Tech Stack You'll Own:

• Microsoft Intune & Windows Autopilot (Configuration profiles, compliance policies)
• SCCM / MECM (OSD, application packaging, co-management)
• Identity & Security: Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (EDR)
• Automation: Advanced PowerShell scripting & Power Automate

• Advanced English is a must (you'll be facing clients directly).
• Hybrid model out of our Connecta 26 corporate office in Bogotá.
• Bonus points if you have Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator certifications or MDM experience with macOS/Mobile.
