Job summary

Kavren Technologies seeks a Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition for its brands in the U.S. market, operating in English and Spanish. You will manage how the budget is spent and the cost of every customer acquired, collaborating with the creative team and an analytics specialist.

Requirements include 5+ years in media buying on Meta and Google, managing at least USD 50,000/month, strong GA4/UTM knowledge, and availability for US Eastern hours. This is a fully remote contractor role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on media buying on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing at least USD $50,000 per month in paid media.
• Able to explain how results were achieved.
• Expert knowledge of account structure, bidding, audiences and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of GA4, UTMs and conversion tracking.
• Advanced English and professional Spanish, written and spoken.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Run structured creative tests with the creative team and scale successful ones.

Kavren Technologies builds and operates brands across technology, healthcare, real estate, and beauty and lifestyle. As Senior Media Buyer, you will own paid acquisition for these brands in the U.S. market, in English and Spanish. You will be responsible for how the budget is spent and for the cost of every customer it brings in. You will work closely with our creative team and a dedicated analytics specialist.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and TikTok.
• Allocate and pace budget across brands and channels based on performance.
• Own cost per acquisition, return on ad spend and lead quality.
• Run structured creative tests with the creative team and scale what performs.
• Identify landing page and funnel issues and propose tests to resolve them.
• Ensure every campaign meets platform policies for regulated categories.
• Report weekly on spend, results and next steps for each brand.

What You'll Bring
