Huzzle is seeking a strategic marketing leader to architect a demand generation engine for a portfolio of industrial recycling and manufacturing brands. You will own HubSpot Marketing Pro, nurture high-value leads, and align with sales to drive long-cycle B2B deals.

The role is fully remote with a preference for candidates in Colombia, requires strong HubSpot expertise, and offers growth opportunities across multiple portfolio companies in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience building marketing plans for B2B buyers in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong HubSpot Marketing Pro expertise with hands-on workflow automation.
• Proven ability to generate and nurture high-quality ICP leads across multiple brands.

Responsabilidades

• Act as core architect for the marketing roadmap and strategic insights.
• Lead generation and nurturing across ICPs for industrial and manufacturing divisions.
• Fully own HubSpot Marketing Pro to automate workflows, track attribution, and manage lead lifecycle.
• Manage and enhance digital presence across websites and social media to boost brand visibility.
• Equip sales with insights and collateral using tools like ZoomInfo and Claude.
• Build and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to shorten long sales cycles.
