Assist World is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to own content execution, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement with a strong HubSpot focus. You will work with a professional audience (lawyers, bankers) and leverage AI tools for content creation.

The role requires strong HubSpot and Microsoft 365 skills, plus the ability to segment audiences, manage contacts, and publish content on WordPress. This is a 100% remote opportunity with Colombia-based logistics.

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
• Experience with email marketing, newsletters, and campaign execution.
• Proven LinkedIn marketing experience.
• Strong writing skills (professional / corporate audiences).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (NON-NEGOTIABLE).
• Ability to segment audiences and manage contact databases.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute email marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
• Upload and manage contact databases with accurate tagging and segmentation.
• Create and send targeted newsletters to different audience groups.
• Automate workflows and email sequences where possible.
• Manage LinkedIn content and engagement; support distribution across platforms.
• Create high-quality written content for a professional audience; develop creatives with AI tools.
• Upload and format blog content in WordPress; assist with basic publishing and SEO where possible.
• Track performance of email campaigns and social content; provide reports on campaign results.
