• Lead a team of managers and individual contributors, ensuring effective performance management and employee development.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of HCP agreements, including drafting, review, negotiation, approvals, and amendments.
• Build strategic partnerships with business leaders, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, and Procurement to enable effective contracting outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, Sunshine Act, transparency reporting, and related requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation to improve throughput, reduce risk, and enhance contracting efficiency.
