Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá is seeking a Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract, IT to lead the procurement lifecycle for IT categories within Global Services. You will collaborate with business partners, category leaders, and legal/finance to execute sourcing strategies and contracts.

This seasoned contributor will manage supplier relationships, negotiations and end-to-end contract management, driving cost optimization and policy compliance across IT initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of procurement, sourcing, contract management, finance, or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts day-to-day Source-to-Contract IT operations, including sourcing events, price/terms negotiation, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with legal, finance and other departments to align sourcing strategies and cost optimization.
• Drives continuous improvements in procurement processes, user experience and efficiency.
• Supports automation and AI initiatives within the Source-to-Contract IT area.
