Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Source-to-Contract (HCP Contracting) to lead a high-performing team delivering compliant contracting services for North America Healthcare Professionals. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement leaders to drive efficient contracting and risk management.
The role requires 8+ years in procurement/contracting, strong people leadership, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration within healthcare.
Formación
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in Procurement/Contracting with healthcare experience.
- Proven leadership of managers or large teams in a matrix environment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a high-performing HCP contracting team with coaching and succession planning.
- Oversee end-to-end contracting lifecycle: drafting, redlining, negotiation, approvals and amendments.
- Drive compliance with Sunshine Act, Transparency Reporting and healthcare regulations.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance and business leaders to align contracting strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement, digital enablement, and AI-enabled efficiency initiatives.
