Evalueserve is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Bogotá with 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, buy-side research, or deal execution. The role supports Private Equity deal teams through target identification, financial modeling, diligence, and materials preparation.

You will build models (LBO/DCF), prepare investment memos, and assist in investor outreach while managing multiple workstreams with clear client communication.

Formación

• 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, buy-side research, or deal execution
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and quantitative analysis skills
• Ability to create clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations (Teasers, CIMs, investment memos)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using financial databases such as FactSet, CapIQ, Bloomberg, PitchBook
• Strong multitasking abilities and capability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsabilidades

• Work as an integral part of Private Equity Clients’ deal team and engage in frequent client interactions
• Analyze and identify potential targets for Private Equity Clients and drive the deal from initiation to end
• Build and update financial models including LBO and DCF as part of deal valuation and arrive at reasonable purchase price
• Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)
• Create marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for deals
• Quarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps list
• Create due diligence analysis through slice and dice of data pack received from potential targets
• Maintain a deal tracker, scan through a data room and track items that have been uploaded / are pending
• Research on potential funding sources
• Assist with tracking investor outreach and follow-ups during active fund raises
• Assist with responding to lender requests and analyzing data
• Assist in updating investor portal
• Work independently on complex projects and deliver error-free outcomes, while maintaining high levels of efficiency and clear client communication
• Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions for new joiners and team members

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, buy‑side research, or deal execution. The candidate will work closely with Private Equity clients’ deal teams, supporting the end‑to‑end deal process, including target identification, financial modeling, diligence support, and preparation of deal materials. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial modeling and corporate finance skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple workstreams independently.
