Power Digital is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own our LookML semantic layer and drive scalable analytics across a 1,000+ person organization and 600+ clients. You will translate ambiguous requests into durable models and ship high-impact data products that power internal and client-facing insights.

In this role, you’ll work with Snowflake/BigQuery, Looker, and modern data tooling, mentoring juniors, and partnering with engineers and executives to optimize performance and governance across

Formación

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Agency experience, including performance marketing analytics across multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Power Digital's enterprise LookML semantic layer for analytics across the organization and clients.
• Write scalable LookML with metadata to support conversational analytics use cases.
• Translate stakeholder asks into Looker assets for scalable, self-service analytics.
• Build data products in Looker for internal and client-facing use, with strong data visualization.
• Design LookML for scale and performance, partnering on aggregate layer tuning and governance.
