BairesDev is seeking a Looker Developer to design and maintain robust data models and LookML-driven explorations. You will shape the semantic layer, enabling accurate, self-service analytics for stakeholders across global teams.

As part of a remote-first environment, you will collaborate with data engineers to optimize data structures and ensure scalable BI solutions. Strong English proficiency is required for global collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Proven expertise in building data models and explores using LookML.
• Hands-on experience defining metrics, dimensions, and business logic in Looker's semantic layer.
• Strong understanding of data modeling principles and the Google Cloud ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable data models using LookML to define dimensions and measures.
• Build and maintain the Looker semantic layer to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.
• Create and optimize Looker explores and dashboards to provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Implement business logic and complex metrics within LookML to support diverse reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure underlying data structures are optimized for Looker performance.
• Maintain and document Looker models to ensure high-quality standards and ease of use for end users.
