Power Digital in Colombia is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own and evolve the LookML semantic layer that underpins multiple data products across our 1,000+ seat organization and 600+ clients. You will translate complex stakeholder needs into durable models and ship scalable Looker assets for internal and client use.

You will collaborate with analytics engineers to optimize the data stack, ensure governance, and drive AI-assisted analytics to accelerate insights.

Formación

• 4+ years owning the full lifecycle of production-grade LookML models and data products.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with a modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and BigQuery preferred).
• Strong foundation in dimensional modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.
• Agency experience in performance marketing analytics and serving multiple clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Power Digital's LookML semantic layer for analytics across the organization.
• Write scalable and performant LookML with metadata to support conversational analytics use cases.
• Translate stakeholder asks into Looker implementations and design reusable analytics assets.
• Build Looker data products with strong data visualization and UI/UX principles.
• Design LookML for scale, collaborate on tuning and governance across Looker instances.
• Mentor junior developers and analysts in LookML and analytics best practices.
• Explore AI to maximize team efficiency and leverage."
• Other related duties as assigned.
