South32 is seeking a Logistics Superintendent to lead inbound and outbound logistics at the Hermosa Project site near Patagonia, Arizona. You will optimize material movements, manage partner relationships and ensure compliant, cost-effective operations.

The role requires mining or heavy industry logistics experience, strong ERP skills, and leadership to drive safe, efficient performance across domestic and international supply chains.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in project, construction, or mining logistics or related supply chain.
• Experience with major projects or high-volume inbound deliveries.
• Experience owning and managing material risk.
• Proficient with ERP systems such as SAP; strong Excel/Word/SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inbound and outbound logistics operations in alignment with South32 Standards and Policies.
• Oversee material delivery, offloading processes, and end-to-end logistics coordination.
• Develop robust business processes for management of inbound & outbound logistics with 3PL/4PL partners.
• Monitor risks and ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of transactions.
• Lead and supervise logistics team, training, scheduling, and KPI development.
