Hired seeks a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics operations and optimize supply chain processes across regions. You will analyze data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve service levels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.

The role focuses on developing strategies, monitoring KPIs, and leveraging analytics to forecast demand and enhance inventory management in a global business environment.

Formación

• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or related fields is required.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and data visualization tools is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
