BairesDev, a global tech employer, is seeking a Senior LLM Engineer to design and implement advanced language model integrations and production AI systems. You will be a technical driver connecting Generative AI capabilities with scalable enterprise software, ensuring performance and observability.

You will architect production-grade AI applications, build RAG pipelines, design API layers, and collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable cloud deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software/AI Engineering or related field.
• Proven expertise in Python and integrating LLMs into production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG, AI agents, and model orchestration.
• Solid understanding of API development, MLOps, cloud deployment, and observability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Senior LLM Engineer at BairesDev

As a Senior LLM Engineer, you will design and implement advanced language model integrations and production AI systems. You will serve as a key technical driver to connect state-of-the-art Generative AI capabilities with scalable enterprise software solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and observability.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy production-grade AI applications leveraging large language models and model orchestration.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step agentic workflows to handle complex business logic.
• Design robust API layers and MLOps pipelines to support seamless integration and model serving.
• Implement comprehensive evaluation loops, monitoring, and observability frameworks to track and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient cloud deployments of intelligent solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Python, Artificial Intelligence, and integrating LLMs into production systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with RAG, AI agents, and model orchestration.
• Solid understanding of API development, MLOps, cloud deployment, and observability.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
