UN/COMMON is a digital commerce agency helping ambitious ecommerce brands grow through strategy, creativity, technology, and data. We seek a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead strategy and production on lifecycle programs for DTC clients.

This role covers email, SMS, loyalty, and automation, with a focus on revenue and engagement growth. You will oversee multiple client accounts, collaborate with design and development teams, and mentor other specialists while maintaining strong

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience building, executing and leading lifecycle marketing programs for DTC eCommerce brands.
• Expert-level Klaviyo experience with emails, flows, segments and campaigns.
• Agency experience managing multiple client accounts is required.
• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus is a plus.
• Strong analytics, reporting, testing and optimization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lifecycle and retention marketing strategies across email, SMS, loyalty, and other channels.
• Oversee health and growth of client email/SMS programs, monitor KPIs and optimize performance.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate with internal teams; supervise junior specialists.
• Build automated ESP workflows, segmentation, and QA logic; report findings to clients.
