Job summary

Green LED Lighting Solutions (GLLS) is seeking a hands-on Product Line Manager to own the full catalog from design to price books. You’ll write specs, build pricing, manage samples, and coordinate with reps, designers, and factories, reporting to the CEO in a lean, AI-enabled setup.

Based remotely from LATAM (Mexico/Colombia/Argentina/Brazil) or nearby time zones, you will drive 12–24 month roadmaps, coordinate CPQ configurations, and ensure data cleanliness in ERP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or product line management for physical products (LED lighting, signage, or entertainment).
• Pricing models, cost roll-ups, and margin analysis in Excel.
• ERP item/BOM data management and CPQ/configurator tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product line catalog and pricing strategy.
• Write product requirements and manage development with factories.
• Maintain CPQ configuration rules and ensure clean item/BOM data in ERP.
• Launch products with sales tools and pricing for reps and distributors.
• Turn field feedback into roadmap decisions.
