SoftServe in Colombia seeks a seasoned ML Engineer to set technical direction for ML engineering and lead production-grade AI systems within our AI and Data Science Center of Excellence. You will shape ML strategy and bridge research with real-world impact.

You’ll mentor teams, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and drive end-to-end LLMOps pipelines, multimodal solutions, and agentic AI initiatives for world-leading clients.

Competenze

• Strong Python proficiency across core ML ecosystem; production experience.
• Deep expertise in LLMOps, AgentOps, and experiment tracking tools such as MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, and Weights & Biases.
• Experience architecting and deploying cloud-based AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP; knowledge of CI/CD/CT practices.
• Advanced knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI; design multi-agent systems for production.
• Experience leading or mentoring ML Engineering teams; establishing engineering best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to shape ML strategy and communicate decisions to clients/executives.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Define and drive technical standards and architecture for end-to-end ML systems.
• Oversee the design and delivery of production-ready LLMOps pipelines.
• Lead collaboration with Data Scientists, Engineers, and clients; translate requirements into ML solutions.
• Advance agentic AI capabilities with multi-agent systems in production.
• Establish and improve ML engineering processes; CI/CD/CT and cloud infra governance.
• Mentor ML Engineers; promote MLOps best practices and learning culture.
• Contribute to technical strategy and thought leadership within the CoE.
