Job summary

iQor is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to steer architecture and technology strategy across engineering teams. You will shape enterprise applications, guide multi-team initiatives, and promote robust deployment pipelines and secure, scalable platforms.

You will mentor senior engineers, define standards, and partner with Product, Security, and Infrastructure to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS or related field.
• 8–10+ years in IT/software engineering roles with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems architecture and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural direction and design scalable enterprise apps.
• Lead multi-team initiatives and govern engineering standards across teams.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence across teams.
• Guide cloud and deployment strategies using AWS/Azure DevOps.
• Design practices for high availability, DR, observability, and incidents.
