Job summary

iQor is a global CX solutions provider seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. You will own features end-to-end and collaborate across QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams to ensure sprint commitments are met.

Key requirements include 5+ years in IT, expertise in React.js, .NET/C#, SQL, RESTful APIs, and AWS services. The role involves mentoring junior engineers and contributing to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• I'm seeking a senior software engineer with 5+ years in IT/software engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and .NET/C#.
• Proficiency with SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including performant queries and stored procedures.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD environments like Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Exposure to Docker / ECS / Fargate.
• Experience with BPO, contact center, HR, or workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, .NET/C#, and SQL.
• Own features end-to-end, from estimation and implementation to testing and documentation.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to scalable solutions.
• Write maintainable, testable code and actively participate in code reviews.
• Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Build and deploy cloud services using AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3).
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems using CloudWatch.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Infrastructure teams to deliver sprint commitments.
• Support and mentor junior engineers through pairing and code reviews.
