Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst to drive customer-focused transformation for Latin America. You will lead discovery with retailers, assess POS and payments ecosystems, and translate complex requirements into actionable blueprints.

Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will shape strategy and prioritize value-driven opportunities. Travel up to 25% and work across Latin America with potential engagements in the US.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in retail technology, solution consulting, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with POS software platforms in retail.
• Experience engaging retailers in Latin America.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for workshops and client discussions.
• Ability to lead customer discovery sessions and present actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer-facing discovery sessions and strategic discussions to understand retailer needs.
• Assess retail environments including POS, payments, data flows, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Develop current-state and future-state solution assessments with actionable gaps and opportunities.
• Formulate prescriptive recommendations balancing immediate value and long-term transformation objectives.
• Identify incremental adoption strategies that deliver quick wins and ROI.
