Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong Java core and object-oriented programming fundamentals.
• Hands-on Java 8 features in real development work.
• Spring Boot backend services experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable platforms that support strategic goals and quality standards.
• Participate in architectural roadmap discussions and provide technical viewpoints.
• Conduct peer reviews and deliver detailed feedback to promote clean coding standards.
• Diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers to accelerate growth and autonomy.
• Clarify scope, estimate effort, and help build schedules during project preparation.
• Investigate emerging technologies and integrate beneficial methods into engineering workflows.
• Write and maintain clear documentation for key design decisions.
