Auxis LLC is seeking a Project Manager within IT Operations to drive technology initiatives through the PMO service catalog and ensure disciplined demand execution, delivery, and governance. The role collaborates with Product, Architecture, Platform Owners, ITSM, and business stakeholders to deliver predictable outcomes aligned to portfolio priorities across ERP projects such as SAP and Workday Financials.

• Strong enterprise PMO delivery and project management expertise.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget and risk.
• Familiarity with PMO and ITSM tools (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including GDC resources and vendors.
• Produce standardized PMO reporting with status, milestones, and KPIs.
• Support stage gates, portfolio reviews, and governance forums.
