Auxis in Bogotá is seeking a Project Manager within IT Operations to deliver technology initiatives through the PMO service catalog, ensuring disciplined demand execution and governance across enterprise data platforms and analytics.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, ITSM, and business stakeholders to drive predictable delivery aligned to portfolio priorities, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risks in a complex IT landscape.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience operating within formal PMO governance and delivery models.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
• Develop integrated project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including GDC resources and vendors.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and delivery variance within capacity constraints.
• Ensure governance, risk, and change are addressed per PMO standards.
• Provide standardized PMO reporting and support portfolio reviews.
