Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science is required.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering management roles.
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience.
• Proven people management experience, including performance coaching.
• Deep technical IT background and ability to lead technical teams.
• Past experience as a Software Engineer.
