Job summary

BairesDev, a global tech leader, is hiring an IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale technology projects, focusing on staff augmentation and software delivery. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure smooth execution, and build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
Advanced level of English.
Past experience as a Software Engineer.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more medium to large-scale technology projects, focusing on staff augmentation and software delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional, highly skilled teams to ensure smooth execution.
Foster client relationships and support organizational processes and policies.
Evaluate project outcomes and contribute to profitability forecasting.
Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
Support IT strategies, assess requirements and trends.
Contribute to forecasting and budget management.
Ensure quality service by following organizational standards.
Deliver related results as needed.
