Formación
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
- Degree in Business, IT or relevant field.
- Experience in the insurance industry is required.
- Certifications in Health Insurance domain (INS/LOMA or III) are a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Identify business problems with clients and design analytical solutions.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
- Gather requirements through sessions and interviews and document them clearly.
- Create test cases and support testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Develop user stories and BRDs to support modifications.
- Assist in time estimation and project planning.
