CoverGo is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our remote team. You will work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and design practical analytical solutions for the insurance sector, supporting digital transformation initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Degree in Business, IT or relevant field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is required
• Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage
• Knowledge of business analysis concepts and Agile prioritization to epics and sprints
• Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering and UAT
• Strong organizational/time management skills to meet deadlines in defined timeframes
• Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation, system functionality, data integration, and workflow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsabilidades

• Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop the right analytical solutions
• Plan and design simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications
• Make recommendations to improve and support business activities
• Gather business requirements through sessions and interviews and document complex business requirements
• Create test case scenarios and oversee testing to ensure client requirements are in the design
• Develop BRDs/user stories to support required modifications
• May plan, allocate and monitor work of other business analysts
• Understand systems and data to surface actionable insights and aid decision making
• Assist in providing time estimates for project tasks
• Update process and procedural documentation
• Develop understanding of technical development cycle of mobile or web portals
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis and maintenance
• Any other tasks as assigned
