Formación

• Advanced Linux/Unix system administration
• Windows Server administration
• Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef)
• Scripting with Bash, Python, PowerShell
• Cloud infra: Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI
• Hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
• VMware/Hyper‑V/KVM virtualization
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep
• Backup, disaster recovery and business continuity
• Storage technologies (SAN/NAS)
• Monitoring/observability tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, etc.)
• Strong RCA and troubleshooting in enterprise setups
• HA/high-availability systems experience
• Networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Security/hardening of servers and infra
• Patch management and compliance controls
• ITIL incident/problem/change management
• Clear runbooks and technical docs
• Vendor and stakeholder collaboration
• English communication at B2+ level
• Experience in regulated/enterprise environments

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and clouds
• Ensure performance, security, and availability; troubleshoot and upgrade systems
• Manage backup, DR, and continuity solutions; participate in disaster recovery tests
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• Drive continuous infrastructure improvements and document runbooks and procedures
