Publicis Sapient is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to support and maintain business-critical cloud platforms and trading applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on Azure operations, platform reliability, incident management, and troubleshooting across infrastructure, identity, access management, and observability tools.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
5–7 years of Azure infrastructure/production support experience.
Strong troubleshooting across Azure VMs, networking, and identity.
Experience with Active Directory/VDI and enterprise support operations.
Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Dynatrace.

Responsabilidades

Provide L2/L3 support for Azure infrastructure, platform services, and business-critical applications.
Troubleshoot incidents across Azure, AD, VDI, networking, and access management.
Monitor platform health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace and other observability tools.
Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution within SLA targets.
Support release, maintenance, disaster recovery, and operational readiness activities.
Partner with engineering, security, and business teams to improve platform reliability.
Contribute to operational automation, documentation and continuous improvement.
